At Onn Grid, we believe that clear communication is key to the success of any website project. That's why we start every project with a comprehensive project kickoff meeting. During this meeting, our team will sit down with you to discuss your business goals and objectives, target audience, and desired user experience.
We'll also establish a project timeline and set expectations for communication and feedback throughout the process. Every business is unique, so we take the time to understand your needs and goals before starting the design and development process.
Design
During the design phase, we work closely with you and your team to collect branding assets and website content to design a website that is truly unique to your business. At the end of the design phase we will present a high-fidelity prototype so that you can see what your website will look like and how it will function before we start the development process.
This is a great time to make revisions or changes to make sure everyone is on the same page (no pun intended).
Development
Depending on the complexity of a website, the design and development process for an average project can take anywhere from 6-12 weeks. We keep you and your team updated along the way with progress reports and scheduled meetings.
We take great care to ensure everything is in place and ready to go before we go live. We offer the final round of revisions after development, but don't worry more revisions can always be made after the second round.
Delivery
The big day has arrived, all of the revisions have been made, and your website is ready to go live! This includes testing all the links, forms, and other features to ensure they are working correctly across all pages, common browsers, and devices. At Onn Grid, we understand that launching a new website can be an exciting experience, and we are with you every step of the way.
Once we finish testing the website, we will update the domain to point your URL to the new website. This process can take up to 48 hours to fully propagate, but once it's complete, your new website will be live and accessible to the public.
Maintenance
The Onn Grid team is at your service. We are here to provide support and make updates upon your request. We connect your website to Google Analytics and Google Search Console to send monthly reports directly to your email.
