Diamond Hail and Dent is an auto body shop specializing in dent removal caused by hail damages using paintless dent repair techniques. With over 20 years of collective experience in the field, they have gained a tremendous reputation for delivering honest pricing and high-quality work. Since opening their first physical location in July 2021, Diamond Hail and Dent’s primary source of clientele has been commercial fleet companies in need of repairing their vehicles. Diamond Hail and Dent recently strategized to uncover a new goal of reaching average car owners and working directly with them.
While keeping Diamond Hail and Dent’s new focus at the forefront of every design decision, the outcome is a personable website that reflects who the company is while promoting action using value-driven body copy and images.
Like the dent was never there
Diamond Hail and Dent wanted potential customers to view before and after photos of a job without leaving the current page and utilizing pop-up modals. Our approach includes a sliding element that shows an image before repairs and a photo after repairs as a user drags the arrow from left to right. This feature eliminates confusion while a user views previous jobs and is entirely responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Fully integrated with professional tools
We created custom conversion events using Google Tag Manager to send data to Google Analytics, Facebook, and Google Ads for user retargeting. In addition, enhanced website form integrations allow Diamond Hail and Dent to respond and reply to inquiring customers immediately after receiving a notification. Customer emails are also integrated with MailChimp for seamless marketing campaigns.
Vibrant and approachable
The colors used for the Diamond Hail and Dent website were carefully chosen to reflect the company's brand identity and mission. A vibrant shade of blue is the primary accent throughout the site, complemented by a lighter shade of blue for certain elements. Neutral off-white and a dark shade of blue were used for the backgrounds and text, creating a clean, minimalist look that emphasizes high-quality content and images.
Professionalism through modern typography
The site's main headings and large display text used Bebas Neue Pro Expanded ExtraBold, a bold, all-caps typeface for strength and authority. Montserrat Semibold, also in all caps, was used for short subheadings and buttons, providing a modern, clean look with a bold sense of confidence. Montserrat Regular in sentence case was used for paragraph text, with its clean, legible, and modern geometric design embodying professionalism and attention to detail.
Mobile first design
In addition to reflecting the company's core branding and mission, the website also features a tailored design for optimal viewing on all devices, including mobile phones and tablets. The website's responsive design ensures that visitors can easily access information about Diamond Hail and Dent's services and contact the company regardless of their device.
